Ingredients for Veg. Lasagna :
Lasanga sheet – 6
White sauce – 1 cups.
Grated Cheese (any verity,
Parmesan recommended) 1 Cup
Oil – 3 tablespoon
Butter – tablespoon
Gralic – 6 cloves
onion – 1
Mushroom – 5 or 6 nos.
Brinjal – 1
Tomotas -3 nos
Capsicum – 1no
Basil, Parsley (Dry/ Fresh) – as per taste
#1. Heat the stove, Put a vessel with thick base. pour good amount of water in it . Leave it to boil .
#2. In the mean while, Chop the onion(fine chop). Cut the mushroom , brinjal , capsicum in julienne.
#3. When the water boils, add half spoon of butter in it and put some salt.
Then add the lasagna sheets in the boiling water.
#4. After 5 min take out the sheets from the water and keep the sheets drained.
#5. Blanch the tomato and fine chop it .
#6. Heat the oil and butter in another pan, add chopped garlic and onion in it. Sauté it till, garlic and onion become golden brown.
#7.Add chopped tomato and sauté for two minute.
#8. Add capsicum and basil , parsley mix the gravy carefully.
#9. Now , Pre-heat the own to 200◦ c.
#10. Take a baking dish and grease a thin layer of white sauce.
#11. Pour the cooked gravy on the baking dish and add the lasagna sheets.
#12. Repeat the above process twice or thrice. Make like a large sandwich.
#13. Pour the remaing white sauce on the top it.
#14. Spread a layer with grated cheese. Cheese amount is up to the individual taste.
#15. Bake it in 200◦ c for 18-20 minutes until the cheese turn to golden brown. Serve hot and vanish in its taste.
