Maida(All purpose flour) – 1 cups
Sugar – cup
Strawberries – 1 cup
egg – 1 number
baking powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Edible oil (any) – cup
#1. First take the maida or all purpose flour. Refine twice for reduce lumps in flour.
This will help to make muffins softer.
#2. For better taste fine chop the strawberry. So chop the half cup of strawberry and rest crush it in a bowl.
#3. Take a large base vessel and break the egg , beat it till the white and yellow yoke become mixed .
#4. Add ¼ cup of edible oil it the mixture and add one teaspoon of salt in it.
#5. Beat the mixture till bubbles come.
#6. Now add refined maida and baking powder to the egg batter .
#7. Powder the white sugar and add to the maida mixture.
#8. Add the crushed strawberry fully and toss the mixture .
#9. Then add the chopped the strawberries. The reason for adding strawberry in two forms is crushing the strawberry will give strawberry taste superbly and chopped strawberry will give soft strawberry biting experience.
#10.Take the muffin cups with oil greased. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Fill the cups and put the muffin cups into preheated oven for 25 minutes.
#11. Baking time for muffins is 20 minutes. Keep the muffins untouched for another 20 minutes to cool. Because, it will get nice crunchy texture after cool down.
#12. Garnish with strawberry cream on the top .then “Enjoy the yummy muffins.” You can add any berry to make muffins.
