A magnet is a material or object that attracts when two opposing poles are brought together and repel when their similar poles are brought together.
A magic of magnets is that they always have two poles even if they are cut into two halves. Science is our understanding of how the world works and the world works fine whether we understand it or not. For thousands of years, people have known about magnets and they’ve been using them practically, as compasses. But if we think on magnetism, there can be a lot of important applications we can get just from a simple magnet!

4. Speed up your internet– Straighten the copper wire, and make it placed perpendicular to the cable network. Wrap it 5-6 ring around the cable and about 30-40 mm away from the connector. Use pliers to cut the copper wire, make sure the excess length of both side is about 15 mm. Use a paper knife scrape the insulation on the wire. After that, place the magnet in the position of the 2 copper wires. Use sticky tape to wrap tightly magnet. Do the same things with the another side of the cable.
13. Put your laptop to sleep– If you are using an older Mac, wave a magnet by the upper right hand corner of the lid and its slept. If you are using newer Mac, rest a magnet on the switch on the right hand side of the keyboard and its slept. Caution: don’t put a magnet near your hard drive!
