Curd is a soft, white substance formed from milk. It is a dairy product made by coagulating milk in the curdling process. Coagulation of milk is done by adding rennet or any edible substance such as lemon juice or vinegar and allow it to settle. The increased acidity causes milk proteins to tangle into solid masses.
It has many advantages as it improves digestion, healthy for heart, boost immunity, release stress and anxiety, good for teeth and bones and helps in getting rid of dandruff too.
