Motivation is reason to do the desired thing. Motivation is a combination developing confidence, staying focused and maintaining direction to achieve a goal. It is boosting oneself and thinking positive to get the desired results. One could get motivated only for the things which they want from heart and mind. 1. Make a to-do list and cross-off the things as you achieve, it will encourage you.
2. Get proper sleep, sometimes not having healthy sleep sickens your body and mind.
3. Take baby steps towards your goal, do not drown yourself completely into the thing. Have patience.
4. Listen music, it calms you down.
5. Focus on the target, doing too many things at a time can distract you.
6. Clean your workspace, it gives you a healthy environment to work.
7. Set a deadline. Having a given time limit you can complete tasks on time.
8. Do not fear of the failure. Keep positive thoughts.
9. Strive for the target, you will surely succeed.
10. Don’t compare yourself with others, you have no idea what they are facing.
11. Keep track of your applied techniques and their results.
12. Just keep trying. And try again until you get success.
